UNLICENSED EVENT/NOT EXTREME BRAWL

Reminder to all Extreme Brawl fighters/managers;

If a guy called Jeremy Bailey  tries to contact you to get you on an event  passing off as extreme brawl, we will use every means within the boundaries of the law to get the event cancelled, just so you  all know and don’t waste your time training for it.

There is only one extreme brawl as we all know and passing off and copyright infringement is a crime.

Can i also remind you all that allot of you haved signed contracts with us recentley and in the past

stating the following within the agreement;

Article 5/ The Contestant shall comply with the reasonable directions of the promoter in fostering publicity and good public relations in connection with the Event, provided that due regard is paid to the promoter to the requirements of the contestant in preparing for the event

Article 9 /The Contestant agrees to uphold the integrity of this event by not taking part in any event passing off as the said event or any other event known to be infringing on any others intellectual copy rights for unlimited duration.

Article 10/ The Entire rights relating to the event shall belong to the promoter/promoters. The contestant acknowledges that the promoter/shall be the sole owner of all copyrights relating to the Event. The promoter/s shall have exclusive rights to exploit the Event in all Media by any means, including without limitation the right to utilize the contestant’s image, likeness and voice for the full duration of all copyrights.

Article 14/ The Contestant shall keep the contents of this agreement strictly confidential and not divulge such contents to any person, firm or corporation. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of (3) three years.

Article 16/ This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and any litigation in respect thereof (including clause) shall be conducted in the courts of the UK. This agreement shall come into operation when signed by each party or duly appointed agent.
